Our casting iron crankshafts for Cummins, Iveco, Isuzu already replaced the original crankshafts absolutely in Chinese local aftermarket.

 

Tensile strength is more then 850 Mpa, Percentage Elongation is more than 5%.

 

All crankshaft will be made fillet Rolling process, then the performance is improved 95% to 100% same as forged steel.

All the new crankshafts passed the fatigue test, and makes sure to meet the performance demands of engines.

The tolerance of main bearing and conrod bearing is less than 0.02mm.

 

For all the crankshafts, we make induction hardening or nitriding hardening heat treatment.
